Sarah Nelson
Ministry Associate to Youth & Redemption of the City
Sarah first started coming to Hope in 2013 as she began her college career at the University of Minnesota. This was the first church she tried in the area and immediately she knew this church wasn’t like any other she had attended. She was pulled in by the humor and genuine realness of the pastors then stayed for the fierce proclamation of the gospel and the welcoming community. After college, Sarah entered the Leadership Development Institute where she interned for three years. After her internship, a position opened up and she ecstatically accepted a role as the Ministry Associate to Youth (in 2021) and to Redemption of the City (in 2022).
Sarah enjoys reading any sci-fi/fantasy book, swimming all summer long, enjoying intentional community, and choreographing musicals for high schools in her spare time.
