Cor Chmieleski
Senior Associate & Lead Pastor of Downtown
Cor is the Senior Associate Pastor and Lead Pastor of Hope Community Church – Downtown (Minneapolis).
He has been on staff with Hope Community Church since 2004. He grew up in the Twin Cities, attending Mounds View High School and the University of Minnesota. It’s at the U of M that Cor came to faith in Christ and considered for the first time going into ministry. Toward the end of his master’s program at Bethel Seminary, he started working at Hope. During his tenure he has worked in areas of preaching, teaching, leadership development, evangelism, discipleship, assimilation, governance, eldership, and staff oversight. He is married to Jill and has two college-aged boys, Drew and Isaac. When he’s not at HCC, he enjoys bike rides with his wife, supporting his boys in their activities, home renovations, reading, working out, and cheering on the Twins and Vikings.
